THE CHECKOUT PROCESS

After checking out you will be taken to a secure page at Nochex where you can pay by credit or debit card if you don't have a Nochex account. After payment is confirmed you will receive an email from Nochex. That email contains your unique 10 digit invoice/pass number and is allocated to only you. See example below. You will need to print it out and bring it with you to gain entry.

Example NOCHEX email with the 10 digit number highlighted in red.

(1234567890) 2007-EASTER-08-GBP TICKETS TO SOULTRAIN EASTER ON APRIL 8TH 2007 (Qty: 1) (Cost per item: 8.00)

NOTE: We are currently sending out confirmation emails within 24/48 hours in addition to the NOCHEX email you should receive. We therefore suggest that you use a non-work related email address to ensure that you can receive the email over the Bank Holiday.

Note you are responsible for keeping the NOCHEX invoice secure - do not disclose it to anyone as it will be accepted as proof of entry. However if you believe that the contents of the email has been compromised please contact Soultrain directly. We will be able to reissue new passes and cancel the original but you will need to provide proof of purchase and payment details etc.
