Q-JUMP PASSES
Q-Jump passes are an electronic form of ticket that enables
quick entry to a Soultrain event. NO NEED TO QUEUE
- just inside the normal entrance a Soultrain representative
will be on hand to verify your purchase and allow immediate entry.

Q-JUMP Passes for NYE are £26-00p (£25-00p plus £1 booking fee)

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE

After you purchase a Q-Jump pass you will receive two emails
one from Nochex and one from Soultrain each of which contains
your 16 digit order ID number (XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX).
You will need that order number together with your Surname and
the number of passes to gain entry.

PLEASE print out the NOCHEX email and bring it with you or download
and print a handy sized ticket blank which you fill out with your
details. Ticket blanks can be downloaded from the downloads
directory http://www.soultrain.co.uk/downloads/

PAYMENT LIMIT
Please note that we have a new payment limit of £250 on any single transaction.
Please make sure that the total cost of items in your basket does not exceed £250.

ABOUT REFUNDS
Please note that tickets bought online are non-refundable.
However you can transfer them to someone else before the event, conditions apply.
