Q-Jump Passes

After you purchase a Q-Jump pass you will receive an email from Soultrain and Nochex each contains your purchase order number. You will need that order number together with your Surname and the number of passes to gain entry. You can either print out the email and bring it with you or download and print a ticket blank which you fill out with your details. Ticket blanks can be downloaded from the download directory  at http://www.soultrain.co.uk/downloads/ .

Quick entry to the event is achieved by going straight to the Soultrain check-in table staffed by one of the Soultrain staff where your ticket details will be checked off. Thus avoiding the normal queue to purchase a ticket at the event entrance.

Please note that whilst we do not offer refunds for Q-Jump passes, you may be able to transfer the ticket(s) to someone else before the event. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
