PLEASE NOTE OUR POLICY ON REFUNDS

Tickets bought online are Non-Refundable. However you can transfer the ticket(s) to someone else before the event after suitable verification and proof of purchase, note this may incur a small administration fee. Alternatively you may be able to designate another event to attend, see our notes below for event applicability.

OUR REGULAR BANK HOLIDAY EVENTS

If you are unable to attend one of our regular Bank Holiday Events at short notice and notify us by 6pm on the day of the event by email or phone we allow you to designate another Soultrain Bank Holiday event to attend instead provided it is of the same value. This designation option must be taken up within 30 Days and no further designations, refunds or transfers are allowed. This too may incur a small administration fee.

OUR SPECIAL EVENTS

If you are unable to attend one of our Special Events i.e. Soulboat or NYE we are unable to guarantee that you can designate another Soultrain event to attend because this will depend on whether we think we can re-sell your ticket. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to see if we can help.
