The Intruders

Known as the Intruders, the smooth tones of Glenn Montgomery, Larry Williams, Philip Gaye, and Bobby Starr have Intruded the hearts of audiences worldwide for over thirty years. Formed on Philadelphia street corners in 1960, this unique musical group of four has recorded a string of hits including, Gonna Be Strong, Devil with an Angel's Smile, Baby I'm Lonely, I Wanna Know Your Name, and Together. Their star on the Walk of Fame on Broad St. in Philadelphia PA is a true testament to their hard work endurance and sound.

Meant to touch the hearts of every man, The Intruder sound is about family values, life, and the experiences faced by young men and women. Making music about the struggles encountered in life grew out of a general concession by everyone in the group. Songs such as Cowboys to Girls, I'll Always Love My Mama, Love is Just Like a Baseball Game, and When We Get Married, speak to everyone about the universal issues of love and marriage.

The Intruders today continue to bring the love of performance and music to their audiences through new music releases and major motion pictures. Future plans for the Intruders include the recording of a new album and plans for a new tour.
