I'm afraid that I have to totally agree with Mandrake - the last SoulTrain on May 1 was boring, once again way too much funk and hardly any soul; the music only improved for the last half an hour or so - once most people had left. I know several people (me included) who weren't happy on the night and won't bother to go to the next one! Let's hope that you return to form in August - please bring back the 80's SoulTrain classics that we know and love.

hi love the soultrains but the last two have been dire with the music most people i know like getting down to jocelyn brown kashif sos band change`s glow of love etc etc the funk you play is too old and too heavy i know you might say we are filling the place and thats all very well but sooner or later people will wise up to the fact that you go to soultrain and dont here much soul sort it out or some one else will come and steal your fans away like you said man you have worked hard for 15 years play some more disco/soul all the best st ps the service at the bar could also be better
