Based in Bristol, Soultrain is one of the longest running club nights in the UK, now in it's 15th year with origins going back to the 70's. Our genre of music is essentially Soul, Rare Groove and Jazz Funk from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s & 90’s.

SOULTRAIN BIO
Our Bank Holiday Sunday events are legendary and we have just appeared at Glastonbury 2008 for the 2nd time.
We are SOUL DJ's, through our love of the music. We have brought the Fatback Band to the UK not once but twice. We played Glastonbury in 2004 alongside Jazzy B, Rose Royce, Sister Sledge etc.
We have supported soul artiste Alexander O Neal, Gil Scott Heron, Edwin Starr, George McCrae, Heatwave, Imigination, Average White Band, Cymande, Pee Wee Ellis,Jeffrey Daniel, Light of the World to name but a few.
We host a 5 hour soul show broadcast on the net and 107.2 fm every Sunday from 7pm-12pm on www.starbristol.co.uk. We have also presented radio shows on BBC, Galaxy & Vibe FM. Additionally as radio presenters we have recently returned from New York after making many industry contacts and have direct links to US Artiste as well as UK artiste who we interview live on STAR Radio.
